Watermelon, Kiwi, Apple and Frozen Banana Smoothie

Ingredients


  • 1/4 cup chilled apple juice
  • 1 ripe banana, frozen and cut into chunks
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped seeded/seedless watermelon

Directions


  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into glass and enjoy!
