- 3 very ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat together butter, sugar, vanilla, egg.
- Add bananas.
- With a potato masher or a fork, mash in banana and mix well.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir until everything is combined.
- Add nuts and stir again.
- Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour mixture into loaf pan.
- Cook for 55-65 minutes or until an inserted tooth pick comes out clean.
