Coconut and Whole Wheat Chicken Tenders

Ingredients


  • 1 1 pound package of chicken tenders
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup of whole wheat bread crumbs

Directions


  1. Pre Heat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Dip chicken tenders in egg whites
  3. Mix together the whole wheat crumbs and unsweetened coconut
  4. Roll eggy chicken in the breadcrumbs/coconut mixture
  5. Place on a cookie sheet in bake for 20 minutes
